At TRIANGLE HiFi, we stand behind the acoustic excellence of our products and offer a 30-day trial period for all premium speaker systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your audio experience, you may return your items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack with Care

Securely place the speakers and all original accessories in the original double-walled shipping cartons to prevent acoustic or cosmetic damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
